Is there really a free plan? +

Yes. The Free plan includes 5 users, 100 leads a month and 2 projects with lead management and basic reports. Upgrade whenever you need more.

Do channel partners count as users? +

Yes — each partner login is a user in your organisation. For large partner networks, Enterprise has no user limit.
