Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains how Realease (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit realease.in, contact us, or use the Realease CRM web application at crm.realease.in and the Realease mobile app (together, the “Service”). We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Two kinds of data

Customer data. Our customers — builders, brokers and channel partners — store information about their own leads, buyers, partners and staff in Realease. For that data the customer is the Data Fiduciary and we act as their Data Processor: we process it only to provide the Service and on the customer’s instructions. If you are a buyer whose details are held by one of our customers, please contact that business directly.

Our own data. When you visit our website, request a demo or sign up, we decide how your data is used and this policy applies directly to you.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, mobile number, email, company, city, role, team size and any message you send through our forms, WhatsApp or phone.
  • Account information: name, email, phone, organisation and role for users of the Service, and sign-in details from Google if you use Google sign-in.
  • Usage information: pages visited, the website or ad that referred you (including UTM campaign parameters), device and browser type, IP address, and app diagnostics.
  • Mobile app permissions: notifications, and — only when you use those features — phone/call log access to log calls against leads, and location to pin projects, site visits and attendance check-ins.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to demo and contact requests and to provide, secure and support the Service.
  • To send service messages such as sign-in codes, notifications and reminders.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns work so we can improve our website and marketing.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we never use customer data to market to our customers’ buyers.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our website stores a small record of how you arrived (for example the campaign that brought you) in your browser session so we can attribute your enquiry. If enabled, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and conversions. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker without affecting the site.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service — such as Amazon Web Services (hosting, in Mumbai), MongoDB Atlas (database), Google (sign-in and analytics), messaging, telephony, payment and e-sign providers that our customers choose to connect — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data when required by law.

6. Where data is stored and how long

Data is stored in India. We keep website enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records, and customer data for the duration of the customer’s subscription, after which it is deleted or returned on request, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, per-organisation isolation, role-based access control and audit logging. See our Security page for details.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights, by contacting us through our contact page or on +91 90288 75609 (call or WhatsApp). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

The Service is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Questions or grievances: reach us through our contact page or on +91 90288 75609 (call or WhatsApp).
