Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms govern your organisation’s use of the Realease CRM web application, mobile apps and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the users you invite, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for all activity under your organisation’s account. Tell us promptly through our contact page or on +91 90288 75609 (call or WhatsApp) if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as set out in your quote or order. Fees are exclusive of GST. If an invoice is unpaid we may, after notice, limit the account to read-only access. Plan limits (users, leads per month, projects) apply as described on our pricing page or in your order.

3. Your data

You own the data you put into Realease. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and support the Service. You confirm you have the right to collect and use the personal data of the leads, buyers and partners you store, including any consent needed to contact them by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not send spam or messages that breach TRAI, WhatsApp or other platform rules.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Do not access another organisation’s data or share accounts beyond your licensed users.

5. Third-party services

Integrations such as property portals, Meta, Google, WhatsApp, telephony, Razorpay and e-sign providers are governed by those providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure and may update it from time to time. Uptime commitments, where agreed, are set out in your Enterprise order.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.

8. Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost deals.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
